Burning Legion itself fell before the knees of Alliance and Horde partnership, why would Lich King and Scourge would be different? No one questions the power of the mortal spirit, both Horde and Alliance! In Azeroth’s name!

i think the arthas thats still left inside of the lich king will become good again and be like a good lich king….uther lightbringer says that he speculates that whats keeping the scourge from destroying azeroth
i dont get it i feel like there is coming more its only patch 3.3 and its the “fall of the Lich king” where this whole expansion is all about it cant be that it ends on this patch. such a time away for the next expansion.

I don’t think it’s more. Lich king won’t be out for months yet tho. They will only release 1 part of the raid at the time. Who knows? Maby they throw in the other dragon aspects for fun or something. Maby they will turn more lvl 60 raids to lvl 80 raids. Blizzard has endless possibilitys, it’s just for em to choose.
hmmmm. . . i quit wow a few months ago, but this patch seems pretty nice, but also what im not liking but also very much liking is how when cataclysm comes out, a lot of this content (mainly kalimdor and eastern kingdoms) will change due to the fact of the landscape changing, kinda sucks to miss out on but still good, just hope cataclysm wont affect northrend all too much, if at all

It ends with you, Tirion, and his crusader’s disguised as Cult of the Damned, trying to save what’s left of Arthas’s heart from forever being destroyed. Tirion then discovers that there is nothing humane left in Arthas, only the Lich King. He is then knocked out by The Lich King, and the Ebon Blade comes in to save the day.
arthas good again? dunno whats stronger frostmournes hunger or arthas soul… I have this feeling that Jaina might become lich queen cos you know shes all obsesed with protecting azeroth and stuff
ah yes i almost forgot about that, but another possibility would be that Varian Wrynn might take up the place of the lich king but good….since he was a friend of arthas and his design does resemble the lich king’s….forshadowing perhaps? or maybe thrall since in the next expansion garrosh will be the chief, so what happens to thrall?
Thrall becomes the Guardian of Tirisfal, the position Medivh once held.
It’s highly likely either Tirion Fordring, Darion Mograine or Bolvar Fordragon will assume the position of Lich King. Varian has to be at the head of the Alliance to fend off the fearsome alliance of Garrosh’s Horde, Sylvanas’s Forsaken and Loth’remar’s Blood Elves.

In this patch Lichking will die. There is no Arthas , There is no Ner’zhul. they both are already dead… its only the Lich King who has to die.

Im suprised how early they released this, since “we” are not expecting Cata until next fall. However, the game didnt end with Illidan in TBC either…

Bolvar is new Lich King , its sad to see Blizzard rape lore this way
