It’s not difficult. It’s a very easy thing for people to relate to. Pretty much anyone with a job doesn’t like their manager (I actually like my direct manager, not so much my highest one). Receptionists at front desks are preferred to be good-looking to convey a better presence. We all tend to hide the softer part of ourselves.
